Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of any product operated by FaezLabs (“we”, “us”), including BetterPicture, Heboh, DigitalPasar, LampuKita and GoalSpace. Individual products may add terms specific to them; where they conflict, the product’s own terms take precedence for that product.

1. Who you are contracting with

These products are operated by FAEZ MURSHIDI BIN ADNAN, a sole proprietorship registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under registration number 202403148374 (003608911-X), trading as FaezLabs and registered at 31, Jalan DC 1/19, Desa Coalfields, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Malaysia. Your contract is with that entity, whichever product you signed up through.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by HitPay Payment Solutions. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable tax unless stated otherwise, and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown when you subscribed, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not retroactively refund the current period except as set out in our refund policy.

4. Products that resell or host third-party goods

DigitalPasar lets independent sellers sell digital products. For those transactions we act as merchant of record: the buyer’s contract of sale is with us, and we settle to the seller separately. We are not the author of seller content and do not warrant it. Heboh connects brands with independent creators; creators are not our employees or agents.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use any of our products to:

• break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property;
• upload or generate material that is unlawful, or that sexualises minors;
• impersonate a person or business, or create material intended to deceive someone about who made it or what it depicts;
• attack, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s account.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to operate the product — for example, to run an image through an enhancement model, or to show a storefront to a buyer. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies we are required to retain for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the products running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue a product; where a paid product is discontinued we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use a product after that means you accept the updated terms.
